Working with YesBroadway, I am shooting and editing sponsored content for Goldstar. This most recent video shows off a fast-paced engaging edit and my growing skills in After Effects.
Window People
My senior thesis at Ithaca College and my most ambitious project to date. It's a surprisingly sweet love story told with bold, surrealistic direction and an innovative, formalistic edit. I managed a team of 30 people to complete it, while acting as producer, director, and editor. The scene at 8:00 is one of the best you'll ever see!
Feel the Bern: An Exercise Video for the 99%
Inspired by the character I created in Natasha Vaynblat’s character class, this is a fun no budget production I made with a few friends four loooooong years ago. I was the star, the producer, and the editor for the project.
"Super Nova" for the Sparrow Film Project
I was the shooter/editor for this entry in the Sparrow Film Project, a festival which challenges teams to create a 3 minute short film in 3 weeks. At the 14th annual gala, Super Nova's Stephanie St. Hillaire as Dr. Julie won Best Supporting Actress.
Legal Aid Society 2017
A sample of my work as an assistant editor. I quickly synced and logged three days of footage which was then cut by the editor. I've also done AE work for the pilot, For Real, and for a project with Timberland featuring Sonnymoon.
After School All Stars Newark
While most of my work with the Vladar Company was the GI Weekly show, I occasionally was able to able to cut field pieces like this promotional video for After School All Stars.
International Business Times
Working with International Business Times I cut about 20 of these reports. Shot in front of a green screen, I had a lot of room to be creative and make the cut more engaging. My work with IBT is what helped me land the job with Vladar Company editing their GI Weekly Programs.
Healthcasts "Reel"
I worked as a video editor with Healthcasts for two years. Not only did I perform high-volume interview editing, but I learned basic coding which I was able to regularly apply on the job. The video below is a humorous super cut of moments that were not included in the final clips and I use it as my reel for my work at Healthcasts.
